Epic Pass
On the addition of Crested Butte, Okemo, and Sunapee to the Epic Pass, Kirsten Lynch, chief marketing officer of Vail Resorts, says in a press release:
“Crested Butte is a perfect complement to the unique family of resorts offered on the 2018-19 Epic Pass with its legendary terrain and historic mountain town. Okemo is known as a great family-friendly resort and together with neighboring Mount Sunapee and Stowe Mountain Resort, provides three great options for skiers and snowboarders in the Northeast. We strive to offer guests the greatest value and variety in their ski and snowboard vacations and are thrilled to now be able to offer access to 64 of the most celebrated resorts around the world.”
Another notable Epic Pass update for 2018-2019 includes the Military Epic Pass. In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Epic Pass, the new Military Epic Pass offers additional pass options in thanks for those who serve.
The Vail Epic Pass also has many other pass options, including local passes that let you get great value at local resorts that may be closer to home. So you can ski on weekends to keep your skills sharp—and then come for longer getaways to Vail, where you can tear it up in Vail’s famed back bowls.

Stay Epic with VBSR
The Vail Epic Pass has an ever-expanding list of benefits and exciting options. While new partners continue to give you more skiing options, we always look forward to seeing you in Vail. Vista Bahn Ski Rentals is a family-owned and family-run business, and we love watching generations of skiers come through our shop. Plus, we’ve got many epic things going on at VBSR, too. Some of our favorites include:
Epic Location: Vista Bahn Ski Rentals is the closest ski rental and gear service shop to Gondola One in Vail Village. When we say we’re steps from the gondola: we mean it. Literally, we can see the gondola from the front door of our shop. For skiers and riders, our location guarantees that you don’t have to walk in boots, carrying all of your gear, for more than a few steps to catch a ride up the mountain.

Sacha even gets the boys in the game of customer service. Never to early to learn the shop life.
Epic Service: The friendly VBSR team has deep ski industry experience, insider info, and know-how. Our snowboard and ski services include anything from a basic wax to full tunes and repair. Our overnight and seasonal gear storage also lets you walk hands-free through Vail Village at the end of the day so that you can go directly on to other adventures.
Epic Gear: The VBSR ski rental and demo rental fleet is tops. We carry a variety of the latest ski and snowboard gear so that you can find what suits you best. With an understanding of different ski types and styles, we work with you to choose gear that matches your goals and style.
