El Niño Delivers!
We’re halfway through the 2015-2016 ski season. Holy cow the pow has been top notch! While weather reports questioned the validity of El Niño, we’ve certainly seen her effects. With above average snow pack for Colorado, we’re loving it. How many days have you skied? Have you made it out to Vail yet? If yes, lucky you! If no, book your trip now the snow is falling.
Unlike the larger ski shops, we open our doors and our lives in order for you to get to know us as we continue our family owned and operated Vail ski shop. There have been several changes to our web site so pull up a chair and enjoy. The VBSR web site is now Spanish bilingual. We stirred up history and made a family photo album with heaps of stories to make you smile. On the front end, Dominique has news to share. A baby Underhill is due mid-summer! We can’t wait.
Cheers, Sacha Gros & Dominique Underhill, Co-Owners VBSR

He grew up with a love of skiing that evolved from skiing faster than mom to racing and eventually back to seeking powder, though he’ll always be a competitor. These days he enjoys getting deep face shots in East Vail chutes or skiing fast on the killer groomers Vail Mountain has to offer. Read more…
